I live in California where I study advanced energy systems and robotics at UC Berkeley. I'm passionate about developing sustainable systems to help restore natural environments and enable human connection. I'd love to be able to do this work through the freedom of blank-slate creativity to turn ideas into their first ever design.

Previously, I studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and held engineering roles at General Motors, Tesla, and the Energy Transport Research Lab. I also co-founded a company with friends to ease the burdens of charging electric scooters and bikes, but put that on pause once I returned to school.

Outside of academia: I mainly run triathlons! I also raised service dogs, built race cars and love to hike, surf, and play a variety of musical instruments.
